1. Introduction

2. User Responsibility for Generated Content

By using our Services, you agree not to create or share content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any person or entity. You agree to indemnify and hold AIstorycreation.com harmless from any claims arising out of your unauthorized use of copyrighted material.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that any content on AIstorycreation.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to our designated agent at support@aistorycreation.com. Your notification must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  2. Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to enable us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs).
  3. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Responding to a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  1. We will investigate the complaint promptly.
  2. If the content appears to infringe copyright, we will remove or disable access to it.
  3. We will notify the user who posted the content, along with instructions on how they may file a counter-notice if they believe it was removed in error.

5. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to us at support@aistorycreation.com, which should include:

  1. Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notice.

6. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly accused of infringing third-party rights under our repeat infringer policy.
